My students may be surprised to know I have bungee jumped and sky dived in New Zealand. I live by the quote "Team Work makes the Dream Work". I know all the lyrics to Waltzing Matilda. The best part about being an educator is I absolutely love watching children learn and grow. Creating spaces and experiences for children to engage with and learn from. Listening to them play and laugh, learning through their play. I love children’s beautiful sense of humour, their stories and imaginations.

A pet I would love to own is a teacup potbelly pig named "Sir Wilbur of Piggington" (just Wilbur for short)...
If I could be any animal I would be my dog "Chili". She has the best life sunbaking and sleeping all day. My favourite colour is purple.
My favourite part of being an educator is watching the transformations of the little ones over the year. Watching them grow and show their personalities, and the way their friendships start to form is lovely to see. I love to see their happy faces every day and share in their excitement as they achieve their goals

My dream holiday is to buy a caravan and drive around the whole of Australia. My favourite animal is a hippopotamus because they are fascinating. If I could grow up in a decade, I would choose 1910 from a history aspect. It would be really interesting to see where we started from. The best part about being an Educator is watching children learn and grow as they work towards or meet milestones.

My dream holiday would be with my family on a tropical island in a tree house, (think Swiss family Robinson’s)! My favourite animal has always been a dolphin, they are so cute and talented. I have lucky enough to pat and swim with them before. In my life I have had many pets including dogs, cats, Guinea pigs, chooks, ducks, geese, pigs, turkeys, sheep, cows, horses and even ferrets. The best part of being an educator is seeing the children smile and laugh!
